- السؤال :
هل يجوز للمسلم الأكل مع المسلم الذي يأكل الحبوب والمخدرات أم لا يجوز الأكل معه ، وخاصة إذا كان جارك ، وهل يجوز الكلام معه أم لا ؟
وماذا نفعل في هذا الموقف ؟
الجواب:
إذا كنت تقوى على إنكار المنكر عليهم وترجو استجابتهم لك فاجلس معهم من أجل نصحهم ونهيهم عن المنكر وأمرهم بالمعروف عسى الله أن يجري الله الخير على يديك فإن استجابوا فالحمد لله وإلا فاعتزلهم .

Question.
Is it permissible or impermissible for a Muslim to eat with a Muslim who uses pills and drugs, especially if he is one's neighbour? Is it permissible to speak to him or not? What should we do in such situation?
Answer.
If you are able to denounce their evil action in hope that they will respond, then sit with them in order to advise them and encourage them not to commit such evil action, and enjoin that which is good, in the hope that Allāh will bring about good through your hands. If they respond, then all praise be to Allāh, otherwise avoid him and keep yourself to yourself.
