Allāh is more Merciful...

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله:
فبين أن الله أرحم بعباده من أرحم الوالدات بولدها. فإنه من جعلها رحيمة أرحم منها.

Shaykh ul Islām Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:
"Allāh is more merciful to His servants than the most merciful of mothers is to her child, for indeed He (Allāh) is the One who made her, the mother merciful, therefore He is more merciful than her."
