Islamic Ruling Regarding The Person Who Wiped Over His Turban And Then Took It Off

Question: I (Salih[1], the son of Imam Ahmad[2] bin Hanbal) asked my father regarding the person who wipes over his turban, then he takes of the turban?
Response: My Father responded : He must repeat his wudhoo again.
